In the journey of returning to Allah SWT, there is this lifelong journey that we have to undertake, for which Allah SWT has provided us with the means. And the said means is no other than Al Quran.
Al Quran had been revealed as a Warning, a Purifier, a Light, a Guidance, a Clarifier, a Discernment and a Reminder.
Look at the different names of Al Quran, which enumerates in great number. Those are the true functions of Al Quran to us.
It is not only a reading. It is a Message in the first place.
There is a Message within. We shall not be content with the sound of it being recited, instead we shall look at the Message it contains.
